Return Policy


Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases

TRE Boutique wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with original receipt and tags attached. All items sold during any promotion may be exchanged for another size, returned for online or in store credit only if return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery OR puchase date if local pick up  and received back at our headquarters within 10 days of receiving an RA  for credit. Any returns initiated after 7 days of delivery or local pick up  purchase date  or received back at our headquarters after 10 days of receiving an RA will be eligible for exchange only or a gift card will be issued for use toward a or future instore purchase. Gift cards never expire.

All undergarments are considered final sale. 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately [with processing fee of $10 to re-ship the items]. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. TRE Boutique is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost while in-transit to our boutique. We suggest paying for shipping insurance/tracking and package your items appropriately so they arrive to us undamaged .  Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

 Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us with subject line “RETURN REQUEST” and tell us your name, order #, piece(s) of merchandise you wish to return and the reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours with an RA# and instructions for return.
  3. You will receive your store credit or exchange confirmation once the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

 Gift Returns

Gift recipients may exchange merchandise only. Gift returns should be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Purchases made at may be returned at our retail locations for store credit or exchange only. Refunds will only be provided when returns are completed following the steps listed above. Retail store purchases may not be returned to Below is our retail store return policy:

Merchandise may be returned within 5 days of purchase in the original form of payment. Hand-written checks will be issued in lieu of cash refunds. Exchange or store credits will be accepted within 12 days of purchase. All sale items, special orders and undergarments are considered final sale.
