RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

TRE Boutique wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with original receipt and tags attached up to 12 days from the date you received your purchase. We guarantee all merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects* and will accept any imperfect items for full refund or exchange. All sale items, special orders and undergarments are considered final sale.

 If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately [with processing fee of $10 to re-ship the items]. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

 Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us with subject line “RETURN REQUEST” and tell us your name, order #, piece(s) of merchandise you wish to return and the reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours with an RA# and instructions for return.
  3. You will receive your refund or exchange confirmation once the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

 Gift Returns

Gift recipients may exchange merchandise only. Gift returns should be exchanged for items of equal or more value.

 Price Adjustments

Price adjustments may only be issued in the original tender within 12 days from the order date. Sale items are not eligible for adjustments.

 Returning at Our Retail Stores

Purchases made at TREBoutique.com may be returned at our retail locations for store credit or exchange only. Refunds will only be provided when returns are completed following the steps listed above. Retail store purchases may not be returned to TREBoutique.com. Below is our retail store return policy:

 Merchandise may be returned within 5 days of purchase in the original form of payment. Hand-written checks will be issued in lieu of cash refunds. Exchange or store credits will be accepted within 12 days of purchase. All sale items, special orders and undergarments are considered final sale.

 *Manufacturing Defects would include fit issues, missing buttons, loose/torn seams and/or dye inconsistencies. Natural wear and tear on the garment is not considered defective. Contact us for inquiries or additional questions.
